A L-shaped dwelling, with two levels, looking for horizontality and opening towards the inner atrium. The structure of slender reinforced concrete walls and slabs enhances the project objectives, allowing the subtle details of geometry in the joints, as well as the absence of supports throughout the house, except for the two metallic points of support, hidden in the piece of furniture between living room and dining room.
The structural relationship between the slabs and the walls, allows the walls of the upper level not to need to reach the foundation, releasing the structural requirements of the lower floor, for a greater use of spaces.
Geometric precision, constructive excellence and the subtle structural system become the support of magnificent architecture, beyond purely static issues.
