Two compensated davits, with a system of extreme lightness, materialize a structural gesture present from the first architectural sketch. A system of frames disposed one very close to each other, leads to a structure of thin elements, that only concentrates the muscle in the reinforced concrete ceilings.

The disadvantage of a davit in relation to the rotation at the start of the cantilever, is solved in this project naturally and simply, using another davit, so that they compensate each other, to achieve a central band, light and without using stiffening diagonals. This allows to organize the whole system of horizontal and vertical circulations. From this central band emerge the two bodies flown, one on each side, balanced between them, although in successive plants. The classrooms and offices located in the flown areas incorporate in their intermediate divisions the stiffening diagonals that solve the overhangs of more than 10m, with a light and effective system. The frames that cannot be diagonalized lean on the sill beams located at the ends of the cantilevers.

The mixed slabs are introduced to reduce the own weight of the structure pursuing the maximum lightness. On the roofs, which are not accessible, the steel deck does not even incorporate concrete, but is screwed a double wooden board.
