A tower looking to be taller. It folds and deploys, generating divisions to become five slender towers of different heights. Balconies to enjoy the views towards the sea, above the horizon. The vertical concrete planes are cut into an edge, like geometric monoliths, emphasizing the abstraction of vertical bodies.
Large reinforced concrete diaphragm walls at the ends, rectangular supports inside and a rigid core around the vertical communications core, configure an optimal structural system against the great horizontal forces derived from the seismic zone where it is located. The slabs which can be seen at the façade are solved with concrete, while the other ones are executed by unidirectional deck of concrete joists.
The basement overflows the parking lot of the tower, resulting with a foundation system mixed with floating piles and solid ones. All the perimeter is rigidized by means of the basement wall, so it configures a large rigid box base for the whole construction.
