Taking advantage of the sharp slope between the opposite edges of the plot, six half-buried industrial warehouses are configured, all of the same length, but widths corresponding to each of the uses that will incorporate, and occupying the rectangular plot. Between each one of the volumes, a band of separation allows the entrance of light and the provision of an intermediate technical level necessary because of the greater height of the warehouses. The access and technical supply is produced from the lower level, reserving the upper access for the office volume.
Only two of the six warehouses emerge above the ground level, which serves as the roof of the four lower buildings, forming the office building. The two upper industrial volumes also reserve an intermediate band of separation, which houses the server elements and the vertical and horizontal communication. The entrance is reflected by the structural gesture of leaving the last span in cantilever towards the façade.
The simple structure consists of semi-joists decks supported on the lower wing of the double-girder T-beams of steel, with a rigorous modulation of 5m.
